| Bancroft Engineering was called end of December for an emergency job in Turkmenistan. A new 300 Mio US$ GE turbine, 280 tons, was mishandled while offloading and final positioning. Special hydraulic equipment was engineered by Bancroft within few days, in order to shipp it to Dashgouz before end of December 2006. The first crew was flying first week of January 2007 to recover the turbine. Extrem cold weather and difficult environments were other facts, in addition to the difficult job. In one week the turbine was recovered. After reparation of the foundation the Bancroft project engineer was called again end of January to postion the turbine on final place.
